Q	I can't see the virtual world on my screen but the page shows a frame where the world should be.
A	Check that you have downloaded the viscape 3D browser.If not go to Superscape and download viscape now.

Q	After I have visited a link the world starts to re-load.
A	Close the link window down (click X top right) instead of using the back button then you will return to the position from which you left the world.

Q	The world shows a link, but nothing happens.
A	Remember to allow time for the link page to load.It takes just as long as it would do if you were surfing in the usual way.
	Broken URLs
	If the above does not work, it may be that the URL of the link page has been changed.If it is a link you have visited successfully previously, please send me an email(sheelagh@ipsden.u-net.com) with details of the problem.

Q	I can't view the virtual world with a Mac.
A	Unfortunately at this time Viscape browsers are restricted to Intel based PCs already running Internet Explorer or Netscape.Please view alternative site for users with slow connections here.

Q	Hot spot linking does not work.
A	Hot spot linking is affected by some 3D cards- please ask Superscape for advice.
